Radamel Falcao is reportedly generating a lot of interest from Turkish giants Galtasaray in what would be a big money move for the Colombian.

The future of Radamel Falcao was always a looming question in the Principality. The veteran striker has just one year left on his current deal with AS Monaco. There is definitely no urge from either party’s side to opt for a renewal.

Moreover, the Colombian has never been the same since the knee injury that ruined his chances of playing at the 2014 World Cup. The former Porto striker has struggled for form and consistency and has been waiting for a lucrative proposal from quite some time.

Earlier in the summer, Radamel Falcao said no to a move to Saudi Arabia where he was reportedly set to earn a massive paycheck. The 33-year-old still sees himself playing in Europe and according to TRT Spor, the former Manchester United man could join Galtasaray.

The Turkish giants are willing to offer the striker a lucrative deal.

While negotiations with AS Monaco have not been finalized, the veteran striker is likely to earn a whopping seven million Euros a year. According to reports, half of his salary will be financed by the Turkish giants while sponsors will take care of the other half.

Now it remains to be seen if Leonardo Jardim’s side would be able to agree a deal for the striker.

Monaco are keen on offloading Radamel Falcao but it is still not clear if the striker will be sent out on loan for the third time in his playing career at the club or not.

Nonetheless, with just a year left on his contract and his wages definitely being quite a burden on their finances, AS Monao wouldn’t mind freeing up Radamel Falcao from his contract.
