Rafinha insists Celta Vigo will have to be on their best display in order to get the better of Real Madrid.
Following the 4-1 victory against Osasuna on the weekend, Real Madrid now prepare to Celta Vigo in La Liga.
With four wins all season, Celta Vigo have managed to collect just 20 points from 23 games in the league so far. Only two points separate them from 18th placed Mallorca as they hang by a thread above the drop zone.
But as less probable as it may seem, Rafinha is optimistic that his side might be able to emerge victorious against the leaders Real Madrid in their next La Liga outing.
Rafinha insisted that they would have to avoid making mistakes if they wish to beat Zinedine Zidane’s men. He also acknowledged Los Blancos’ impressive defensive record saying Celta will have a hard time finding the back of their upcoming opponent’s net.
“It’s clear that to hurt Real Madrid you have to play a perfect match,” Rafinha was quoted by Marca.
“We have the intention of going for all three points. But it is never easy against the league leaders. It’s very difficult to score goals against them this year.”
