Mino Raiola has reignited the speculation surrounding the future of Paul Pogba after fresh comments following the Juventus-Milan Coppa Italia match.
Paul Pogba’s departure from Manchester United appears to be the story that will not go away. This is largely in part to the player’s agent Mino Raiola.
Since Pogba’s “it may be time for a new challenge” comments last summer, to his agent saying that “the club know he wants to leave.”
The player and agent have done everything they can to agitate a transfer.
Pogba’s family has even got in on the debate too.
The French World Cup winner has been out of action for the majority of the season, only making a handful of appearances for the Red Devils.
It has been a few weeks since the last rumor of his departure, so it is about time for Raiola to stir things up again.
Following Juventus’ 1-1 draw with AC Milan in the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final he was asked about Pogba’s future.
The response he gave according to Goal will no doubt infuriate Manchester United.
“Italy is like home for Paul.”
“He would not mind going back to Juve but we will see what will happen after the Euros.”
“Paul wants to play at the best level but he can’t escape by Manchester United if they are in a difficult situation.”
It appears that Raiola and Pogba have a plan this summer and the player’s exit is inevitable.
But should United wait until after Euro 2020?
Pogba’s stock may rise to their valuation or he may bum out. Worse still he may end up injured and United end up stuck with a wantaway player even longer.
