Ramires dreams of Chelsea return

during the Barclays Premier League match between Chelsea and Liverpool at Stamford Bridge on October 31, 2015 in London, England.

Brazilian midfielder Ramires has revealed that he dreams of a return to his former club Chelsea before he finishes his playing career

Ramires joined Chelsea back in 2010 and made a total of 246 appearances over his six seasons at Stamford Bridge. During his time at the club, Ramires won the Premier League and the Champions League. Though the Brazilian’s most memorable moment came when he scored against Barcelona in the 2012 Champions League semi-final.

The 30 year-old left Chelsea back in 2016 for Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning, but has recently been spotted at the club’s Cobham training ground as he recovers from an injury.

“Chelsea? I’ll always have special affection for them and I want to play for them again before finishing my career,” Ramires told UOL Esporte (via Metro).

“I know the doors of Stamford Bridge will always be open to me and that wearing their jersey again would be spectacular.”
