Zinedine Zidane won La Liga but for their continental push, Real Madrid will offload as many as seven players in the summer transfer window.

Real Madrid usurped Barcelona in La Liga but for a continental push, they need to rebuild their squad. There are plenty of players who are linked with moves away as Los Blancos eye an overhaul.

According to Marca, Real Madrid need to generate €180 million and they have drawn a list.

Gareth Bale’s agent has denied any rumors linking his client away from the Santiago Bernabeu. However, it does not change the fact that Zinedine Zidane does not favor him.

The Welshman was told to look for new employers last season and those directions have not changed this season.

Joining Bale on the way out is James Rodriguez. The Colombian was a marquee signing in the summer of 2014 but has failed to live up to his billing.

Napoli have been linked with his signature in the past but that trail has gone cold. Carlo Ancelotti is at Everton now, and the Toffees might pursue him in the summer.

Another player on the way out is Jesus Vallejo. The Castilla graduate has seen two failed loan moves this season. Moreover, his €15 million price tag has put off suitors.

Granada have been linked with his purchase and it seems he will find home at La Liga minnows.

The trio of Luka Jovic, Mariano Diaz and Brahim Diaz have been with destinations abroad. With Karim Benzema continuing his fine form, it looks unlikely Jovic and Diaz will continue at the Bernabeu.

Meanwhile, return of Asensio and Zidane’s preference of Rodrygo and Vinicius Jr. has mean that Brahim has to leave the Spanish capital.

Last but not least, Sergio Reguilon will follow Achraf Hakimi on his way out. The left-back has been linked with Sevilla and for €20 million, he will be a shrewd addition.
