Real Madrid’s most dependable player this season Casemiro has cast doubt over his future after admitting his future at the club was “complicated.”

Nobody played more for Real Madrid this past season than Casemiro,  playing 3991 minutes across all competitions.

The Brazilian midfielder has been Zinedine Zidane’s Mr. Dependable.

Despite still having three years left in his current contract, given his form the talk has been of new and improved terms.

So when the player was asked about a new contract he rather surprisingly insisted it was a “complicated” matter.

Speaking to AS Casemiro does not want to be distracted from the upcoming game against Manchester City.

The Brazilian said:

“It is a complicated question … I think this is not the time to talk about it. Now it is time to think about City and nothing more than City.”

“The club is going through a delicate moment and when appropriate my agent will respond.”

Check out just why Real Madrid needs to secure the Brazilian as a matter of urgency.
