Moving to Scotland has proven to be a smart move for Brendan Rodgers. Back to back league titles, Scottish cups and league cups have helped his reputation enormously.
More impressive has been the way he has revitalised Celtic following Ronny Deila’s frankly dismal time in charge.
It has been increasingly apparent in recent times that Rodgers wants more, though. Whether that be money or competition is unknown, but it’s easy to imagine it’s both.
He’d get that, plus another shot at the Premier League, with Leicester, who’d more than welcome the attractive football he’d get their team playing. Rodgers has ruled it out for the short-term, but that may change come the summer.
