According to the Daily Mail, Bayern Munich have discussed buy-back and sell-on clauses for Callum Hudson-Odoi with Chelsea.

The Bundesliga Champions have pursued the 18-year-old relentlessly in the January window and look to have finally captured their target.
Chelsea initially rejected three bids from Bayern for the youngster, and it was understood that the German club’s refusal to entertain a buy-back clause was hindering the deal.
Sarri is keen to keen to keep Hudson-Odoi at the club, but the player and his agent have signaled that he wants to move on.
Bayern’s pursuit of the player infuriated Sarri who slammed Bayern for their public attempts to unsettle the player.
“I think that it’s not professional because they are talking about a player under contract at Chelsea,” Sarri said ahead of Chelsea’s game with Newcastle on Saturday,” Sarri said.
“They didn’t respect our club, I think. I don’t know what to say, I do not know the situation.”
The deal is now reportedly done after the two club clubs agreed to a buy-back option which will make Chelsea favorite to buy him whenever Bayern decide to sell the player.
And the sell-on clause will give the Blues a portion of the transfer fees if the player is sold to another club other than Chelsea.
