Does Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s cryptic post mean he is leaving LA for a return to Spain in La Liga?

The question on everyone’s lips since Ibrahimovic’s last game for the LA Galaxy, has been where will he play next?

Will he sign a new deal and stay in LA?

Will he go and conquer a league he has never played in before?

Or will he return to a team to a club of old?

There has been so much speculation.

Including a return to Manchester United, and even a second stint in Italy, with old coach Carlo Ancelotti at Napoli.

Ibrahimovic is 38 years old and adamant he can still not only contribute but dominate at the very top of the footballing world.

His resume reads like a who is who if footballing royalty.

Malmo, Ajax, Juventus, Inter Milan, Barcelona, AC Milan, PSG, Manchester United, and the LA Galaxy.

Wherever he has played, he won trophies or broken records and in many cases done both.

in typical Ibrahimovic style, he has been very secretive and cryptic about his future.

Today was no different when he took to Instagram.

He posted a video, in which he makes the comment:

“Hola Espana! Guess what? I’m coming back.”

According to the English paper The Express, the post sent fans wild and the internet into meltdown.

There has been some talk of late suggesting he had unfinished business in Catalonia.

He suggested his time at Barcelona was marred by a sour relationship with Pep Guardiola.

Is the Lion going back to the Camp Nou for some unfinished business?

It is difficult to see where he would fit into Ernesto Valverde’s plan.

Zlatan himself has said he could work again with Ancelotti. He has also said he would return to United if they wanted him to.

Now he insinuates he will play in Spain once more.

Where he goes only Zlatan knows!
