Juventus reportedly believe they’re ready to rival Real Madrid for Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe with a mega offer.

Doubts over Mbappe’s PSG future have resurfaced over the past week amid fears he may never fulfil his potential in France. It’s prompted talk of moves to Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United and now Juventus.

The Serie A champions, in fact, are feeling quite bullish at the moment after announcing a boost in profits. However, Juventus aren’t completely satisfied yet.

In a shareholder’s meeting on Thursday, chairman Andrea Agnelli and vice-president Pavel Nedved announced plans make €300m through an increase in share capital.

The pair hope to use the increased funds to compete with their rivals for some of the world’s most talented players. Ideally, they would like to find a brand “new Cristiano Ronaldo” to someday replace the original.

And Tuttosport reckons that Mbappe may be the man to fill the five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s boots. Apparently, Juventus can invest an incredible €380m in the young PSG attacker.

The money invested will go towards both the 20-year-old’s transfer fee and a five-year contract – should he agree, of course.

Although it seems Real won’t go down without a fight having pursued Mbappe for a couple of seasons now.

Therefore, Calciomercato has come out claiming that Los Blancos still plan to offload Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez to build funds.

Club president Florentino Perez is a huge admirer of Mbappe, and has made it no secret he would love to sign him up. Although there are still doubts over whether Real really can tempt PSG into a sale.

Furthermore, Juventus’ huge offer may well make the Italian giants favourites for Mbappe.

Liverpool supporters, meanwhile, also fancy the club’s chances of signing the in-demand Frenchman. They hope the Reds’ new kit partner Nike could sway things in their favour.
