Real Madrid are reportedly contemplating a move for Arsenal’s unsettled midfielder Aaron Ramsey
The Wales international’s decade-long stay at the Emirates Stadium appears to be nearing its end with Ramsey out of contract in the summer.
Arsenal are understood to be resigned to losing Ramsey after withdrawing a contract offer and they will be open to offers for him in the January transfer window.
The 27-year-old has no shortage of admirers with Liverpool the latest team to express an interest in him along with the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea.
But TEAMtalk claims that an unlikely suitor in Real has emerged as they seek a potential long-term replacement for either Toni Kroos or Luka Modric, who continues to be linked with Inter Milan.
Apparently, Los Blancos have even consulted Ramsey’s friend and Wales teammate Gareth Bale about the player.
Ramsey will be able to sign a pre-contract agreement with a foreign club at the start of 2019.
