Cristiano Ronaldo will miss another preseason friendly due to injury.

After already missing the K-League All-Stars game during a preseason tour incorporating South Korea.

According to Football- Italia, CR7 is apparently going to miss another game for a similar if not the same injury.

Juventus took to social media to inform fans, that he had suffered some form of strain in his left thigh.

The 34-year old has been rumoured to be suffering from muscle problems throughout the preseason.

Juventus will be focused on getting their star player back in time for the opening day of the season. August 24th away to Parma.

This friendly is an annual summer event, that takes place between the Bianconeri and Villar Perosa of the Primavera.

It is more of a fan favorite and spectacle between the two teams at opposite ends of Italian football.

It is usually an opportunity for thousands of fans to flock to Turin and get a glimpse of the superstars.

There were already complaints and threats of legal action due to the fact he missed the game in Korea.

These preseason trips are more than just games and getting fit. They are about selling the club to fans thousands of miles away. For many, it is a chance of a lifetime to see their heroes.

More than selling shirts and signing autographs the last thing Juventus need is a niggling injury sidelining their main goal threat.

Given Moise Kean has left, with the likes of Mario Mandzukic and Gonzalo Higuain set to leave Juve. Plus the future of Paulo Dybala still up in the air.

If his situation doesn’t improve soon. Deals to sell or loan may have to be put on hold.

Maurizio Sarri may have to take a helping of humble pie and recall the onetime stars of Juventus he has cast onto the scrap pile.
