Brazilian forward Richarlison has dropped a huge hint he could yet consider leaving Everton this summer.
Richarlison still has a job to do at Everton but has admitted he would consider his future if the right offer comes in.
The 23-year-old was the subject of an £85m bid from Barcelona. Everton reportedly turned down the offer and kept hold of their prized asset.
Toffees boss Carlos Ancelotti has always spoken highly of Richarlison and dubbed him an integral part of the club’s future plans.
Just recently, the 61-year-old spoke of his plans for next season and revealed the Brazil forward centered around the club’s ambitions.
Ancelotti laid down the gauntlet for Richarlison and challenged him to hit at least 30 goals in all competitions next season.
The 23-year-old has revealed the Italian manager had another talk with him recently but it won’t stop him from contemplating a move should the right offer come in.
Richarlison told Globo Esporte: “It’s all been talked about, he’s already told me he’s counting on me for another season, he asked me to hold on for a bit.”
“Though it all depends, if a good offer were to come in, we sit down and talk, that’s part of football. We’re still talking about these details, working things out.”
“He’s bringing in new players, so we’ll sit down and talk, but I think I can hold on for another season.”
Under Ancelotti, Richarlison believes Everton are on the right path as well as his personal development.
“I can only develop further now with the arrival of Ancelotti, he’s someone who’s always talking to me every day,” Richarlison added.
“Of course during the season we had a bad spell, we couldn’t meet our objective, but I was always there giving everything, scoring goals and helping my team-mates.”
“I believe that Ancelotti will make changes to the team and we’ll improve next season and I’ll be able to score even more goals.”
