Roma have officially announced the signing of Carles Perez from Barcelona.
The 21-year-old joins the Italian outfit on loan with an obligation to buy at the end of his contract.
Perez has signed for Roma on loan with an obligation to buy in the summer – with the deal believed to be in the range of €11 million plus €3.5 million in add-ons.
Barcelona have also agreed a sell-on fee for any future transfer that their academy graduate is involved in, while they will have the first option on any future sale too.
Perez played his last game for the Catalan club against Ibiza in the Copa del Rey before it was made clear to him that he wasn’t in Quique Setien’s plans.
The 21-year-old made 13 appearances for Barcelona’s first team, scoring two goals and providing two assists.
