The Portuguese superstar says people should take care of themselves because this means taking care of your own health.
It is not a secret that Portugal national team and Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo takes care of his body.
The Bianconeri footballer stays behind after the training sessions to get some more work done, plus he works out at home too.
And today he opened a hair transplant clinic in Madrid and highlighted the importance of taking care of your body.
“It [Madrid] is the city that has marked my life forever, from a professional point of view to the way in which it affected me [personally],” Ronaldo was quoted by Marca.
“I established an important part of my career there and it is also where I started my family.”
“I like to bet on enterprising projects with solid characteristics to spread the best of what we have in Portugal throughout the world,” he added.
“I miss the people of Madrid.”
“The clinic, located on Joaquin Costa Street, has an area of 2,500 square metres and will have 150 professionals who will be able to perform 18 treatments per day,” he continued.
“Just like in football, I will put all of my effort and dedication to make this project the best in the world in this field.”
“That’s why I do physical exercise and try to eat well [to stay healthy],” said Ronaldo.”
“The most important thing is taking care of our body simultaneously at the same time as our health.”
Ronaldo and Juventus are currently battling for the Italian Lega Serie A Scudetto, after losing in the Coppa de Italia Quarterfinals.
They will also try to come back this week from a 2-0 deficit against Atletico Madrid in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16.
