Ronaldo is happy despite rape accusations

Talking to the press ahead of Juventus’ visit to Manchester United, Cristiano Ronaldo confirmed that he is not worried about the rape allegations.

With the upcoming Champions League match between Juventus and Manchester United, Cristiano Ronaldo decided to talk to the press ahead of his return to Old Trafford and the rape allegations were obviously a subject that reporters asked the player about.

On would’ve thought that the Portuguese forward would ask the press that they didn’t ask about this specific subject, but Cristiano Ronaldo wasn’t even worried about it and he responded to every single question about the situation.

Looking at how he conducted himself in front of the press, we could see that Cristiano is relaxed and he keeps thinking about football just as much as ever.

He smiled throughout the whole press conference because he loves the idea of playing at Old Trafford again, and when the moment to ask him about the sensitive subject, there was no doubt that Ronaldo managed to keep his cool and responded accordingly.

The case is still ongoing and he couldn’t get into any details, but he expressed how confident he feels with his lawyers and he thinks the truth will come out as it always does.

“I am a happy man,” he told Juventus’ website. “We did the statement two weeks ago, if I’m not wrong. I am glad, of course, I’m not going to lie in this situation, I’m very happy.”

“My lawyers, they are confident and of course I am, too. The most important thing is I enjoy the football, I enjoy my life.”

“The rest, I have people who take care of my life. Of course, the truth is always coming in the first position. So, I’m good.”

“I know I am an example, 100 percent, on the pitch and outside the pitch,” Ronaldo added.

“I always smile. I’m blessed. I play at a fantastic club, I have a fantastic family, I have four kids, I’m healthy. I have everything. The rest does not affect me.”
