The Portuguese superstar will meet his arch-rival for one last dance.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi could face off when Paris Saint-Germain meet Al Nassr and Al Hilal’s combined XI.

After weeks of speculation over his future, Ronaldo finally confirmed his transfer to Al Nassr on Friday.

“I’m thrilled for a new experience in a different league and a different country, the vision that Al Nassr has is very inspiring,” the 37-year-old said after signing a contract at the Saudi side.

“I’m very excited to join my teammates, and to help the team to achieve more success”.

The move ends Ronaldo’s European career, but he might face his arch-rival Messi in a friendly fixture.

According to PSG Talks, the French side will travel to Saudi Arabia to meet a combined XI of Al Nassr and Al Hilal on January 19.

Messi is yet to return to PSG’s training after participating in Argentina’s World Cup celebrations. The former Barcelona superstar will most likely arrive at Parc des Princes on January 2.

The upcoming friendly match will see the two rivals meet for the first time since Juventus’ 3-0 win over Barcelona in December 2020. Ronaldo scored two penalties that night to help the Bianconeri beat Barca.
