Cristiano Ronaldo is not letting his side’s loss to Lyon worry him too much as he believes they still have all to play for in Turin.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Juventus suffered a shock loss to Lyon yesterday but the Portuguese is still very positive about a comeback.

A lack-lustre performance from the Bianconeri against Lyon was compounded by the fact that they didn’t manage a single shot on target the whole game.

With the Derby d’Italia against Inter coming up at the weekend, Ronaldo is telling his teammates to stay focused as they have what it takes to sway Lyon off at Turin.

The 35-year-old is not new to comebacks having been the focus of many of them in the Champions League in recent years.

After the defeat, Ronaldo was quick to share his thoughts via a post on his Instagram account.

“It was not the result we wanted but the matches in the Champions League are always tough,” The Juventus talisman said.

“We have 90 minutes to fight back in Turin and have the confidence we will move ahead in the competition.”

Ronaldo and Juventus would have to wait until the 17th of March to stage a comeback and hopefully a turnaround victory at the Allianz stadium.
