As per a report from Italian media, Juventus are close to agreeing a contract extension with Paulo Dybala. It is reported to be a five-year-deal.

Juventus and Dybala are in advanced talks over a new contract and it could be sorted out completely soon enough.

The Argentine forward showed once again why the club have put so much faith in him over the years.

Dybala came close to leaving Turin last summer amidst strong interest from a number of Premier League sides.

The 26-year-old was arguably Juventus’ most important player this term and was even awarded the best player in Serie A this season.

Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb now claim Juventus are ready to reward Dybala with a new and improved contract.

The Jewel’s current contract expires in 2022 but he’s set to receive a five-year-deal from Juve. Meaning he will remain at the club until 2025 at least.

The new contract could also see the Argentine pocket around  €12m-a-year.

Dybala is hopeful of recovering from a thigh injury in time to face Lyon. The report concludes that Juve could announce the contract anytime after that game.

Based on his recent performances, it was more than expected a new contract was in line for the forward. For more entertainment check out Finns pikakasinot (instant casinos).
