There are rumours of an audacious bid by Real Madrid for Liverpool star Fabinho.
According to The Mirror, Real has agreed a potential 75 million Euro deal for the midfielder.
The reports originated out a news network based in Colombia. Claiming that the offer was 59 million in cash with add-ons taking the total to 75 million.
It was claimed to be a done deal.
Fabinho has agreed to a contract until 2024 with the Spanish giants earning a salary of almost 7 million pounds a season.
The story goes that Liverpool would announce the deal once they had secured a suitable replacement.
Since the story broke, however, the Liverpool Echo has gone record to totally denounce the deal.
According to their sources, the deal is total nonsense and a nonstarter.
The Reds have no intention of cashing in on any of their prized assets. Jurgen Klopp is only interested in building on last seasons success.
