Napoli apparently wants two more attacking players after Hirving Lozano arrives.

Lozano’s arrival ins rumoured to be imminent. He will be a boost to the attacking ranks of the Naples based team.

However, according to Calciomercato.com, they won’t be done there with their spending on attacking players.

Lozano is supposed to be a 40 million Euro acquisition from PSV. The young Mexico international is part of Carlo Ancelotti’s new attacking revolution at Napoli.

While Ancelotti and Napoli have all but given up hope of signing Mauro Icardi. The manager still has a chance that he can lure James Rodriguez from Real Madrid.

The great Italian tactician and former Real boss, believes that if Real sign Neymar, they will change their stance on Rodriguez and let him go.

The Partenopei have made no secret of their admiration for the Colombian international Rodriguez, and have been chasing his signature all summer.

Ancelotti has worked with Rodriguez in Madrid and Munich.

The problem has been the Neymar saga. If he isn’t a makeweight, then he is staying according to Madrid president Florentino Perez.

The other striker of interest to Napoli is Fernando Llorente. The beauty of this player is he is a free agent. He has been without a club since he was released by Spurs.

There has been interest in the player. Namely from his previous employers as they still consider him a viable squad player. Plus from Serie A rivals Lazio.

The Spaniard would like a little more playing time than Tottenham are offering.

What is apparent is that Carlo Ancelotti and Napoli are desperate to score more goals this season.

He has focused on his defensive acquisitions so far this summer.

However, the last two weeks of the transfer market will be all about the forwards.

Lozano’s arrival should be official any day, it will be interesting to see who eventually lines up beside him.
