Mohamed Salah was Liverpool’s hero today as the Reds dug out a hard-earned 2-0 win over Watford with the Egyptian scoring two goals.
What’s unusual about this brace is that Salah scored both goals with his weaker, right foot.
So, Salah was asked about this after the match. Talking to BT Sport, he said:
“I’ve been practicing with my right foot.
“I had good luck with the first goal, it was a counter-attack, got a good pass from Sadio, and I think we scored at the right time.
“We played against a tough team, I think they should be in a better position than what they are. Hopefully, we keep winning in the next few games.”
With the two goals today, Salah now has nine to his name in the Premier League.
