Mohamed Salah has been really impressive this season so far but his teammate from Egypt national team insisted that he has to prove himself like that for many years to come to be considered to be at the same level as Messi and Ronaldo.

The Liverpool striker has been compared to these two a lot but Elmohamady insisted that he still has a lot to achieve to at their level and he has to continue with his performances.

Elmohamady spoke about Salah as he said, according to Goal:

“It’s only one season.”

“He’s been good at Roma. But for the level of Ronaldo and Messi, he has to do it for seven or eight years.”

“It’s easy in training [against him], but in a game, he turns into a different player.”

“He’s one of the best players in the world. I am happy for him. We are all happy for him”

“Mo-Mo is a great lad. He has been excellent this season. He is doing really well with Liverpool.”
