Miralem Pjanic is committed to play for Juventus and Maruizio Sarri is eager to have a system in place to cater to the Bosnian’s talents.

Without a shadow of doubt, Miralem Pjanic could be the difference make for Juventus next season. The Bosnian international may not be as big of a star than Cristiano Ronaldo but Pjanic is one player who could define Sarri and Juventus’ future.

Brought from Roma as Andrea Pirlo’s replacement, the former Lyon man is an excellent passer and can really pull the strings if he’s let loose. Under Massimiliano Allegri, Pjanic’s complete qualities were not on display.

We might witness a different Miralem Pjanic. One can expect the player spraying passes left, right and centre now that Sarri is in charge.

And the former Chelsea tactician has a plan for the playmaker. Sarri is going to make Pjanic the most influential presence in his Juventus setup. It would be an upgrade to Jorginho when he played under Sarri at Napoli and then at Chelsea.

Pjanic will be given the keys to the kingdom. Sarri wants the Bosnian to have at least 150 passes every game.

While speaking to Gazzetta della Sport, Sarri outlined his ambitions for the influential playmaker.

“I would like to see Pjanic pass the ball 150 times every game, but we must train the other players to always pass him the ball,” he said.

“I organize the team a lot in the first 70 meters and then given them freedom in the last 30.”

And with this statement, it is clear that Miralem Pjanic is not going anywhere either. Despite the attempts of Pep Guardiola, Paris Saint-Germain or Real Madrid, Sarri has ensured that he stays. Indeed Pjanic wouldn’t want to leave a team. At Juventus he would become an important player. And he has a real chance of winning the Champions League next season.
