Sarri vows to help Ronaldo win his sixth Ballon d’Or

Maurizio Sarri is impressed with Cristiano Ronaldo’s ability to keep himself in prime condition.

Cristiano Ronaldo was once again on the scoresheet as Juventus managed to ease themselves into the semifinal of the Coppa Italia after a 3-1 victory against Roma.

After the last night’s win, in just four games, the Portuguese superstar has managed to take his tally to an impressive seven goals. Also, Ronaldo has found the back of the net in each of his eight last games for Juve.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s red-hot form has been a talking point as of late and many have come out in praise for him. And recently, Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri has chimed in.

Sarri praised the 34-year old for his extraordinary physical and mental sharpness. The Juve boss also insisted that he wants his star man to win his sixth Ballon d’Or.

“Ronaldo is in extraordinary physical and mental condition,” Sarri said as per Goal.

“He is continuing at an impressive pace and has extraordinary skills. He is very well physically. In terms of explosiveness, he is good. He takes great care of the details.

“Ronaldo is a champion, we want to help him win the sixth Ballon d’Or, it would make us all happy.”
