Arsenal looking to seal Pereira deal.
Arsenal are considering making a move for FC Porto’s Danilo Pereira this summer. The 28-year old has a release clause of €60 million but Porto are willing to accept as low as just a third of that price.
The Gunners are eager to bolster their midfield options. Atletico Madrid’s Thomas Partey remains on their wishlist but the recent financial crisis is preventing them to match his €50m buy-out clause. [ESPN]
Inter closing in signing Hakimi.
Inter Milan are in advanced talks to sign Real Madrid’s Achraf Hakimi. They have offered €40 million plus add-ons for him. The full-back is keen on the move and has also reportedly accepted to sign a five-year contract with Antonio Conte’s side. [Fabrizio Romano]
Leipzig want to retain Schik.
RB Leipzig want to extend Patrik Schik‘s stay at the club. They are holding discussions with his parent club AS Roma to extend the striker’s loan deal, which expires at the end of this month, beyond this season.
The German side will push for a deal at least for the duration of the Champions League campaign even if Roma remain adamant about wanting him back. [Bild]
Roma plotting Cavani move.
AS Roma have entered the race to sign Paris Saint-Germain’s Edinson Cavani. The out-of-sorts striker is set to be available on a free transfer at the end of this season as he seems reluctant to extend his PSG stay.

Valencia set sights on Kepa.
Valencia are showing interest in signing Chelsea’s Kepa Arrizabalaga on a two-year loan deal. The club identify Kepa as a replacement for Jasper Cillessen, who might head out this summer. Should the transfer happen, it will most likely have a buy clause with an activation option at the end of the two-year spell.
