Serie A chief asks Fiorentina to sign Ibrahimovic

According to the Italian Lega Serie A chief, Luciano Moggi, if Fiorentina signs Zlatan Ibrahimovic it would be a really good move for the competition.

Fiorentina might be close to signing Swedish superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

And Italian Lega Serie A chief Luciano Moggi has urged the Viola to sign the player, as he will be good for the competition.

“This would be something not useful, but more,” Moggi was quoted by The Mirror.

“Zlatan has a biological body that allows him to perform at his best even at his age, just like Cristiano Ronaldo.”

“He is sowing victories everywhere, even in America,” he added.

Juric insists Hellas Verona is on the right track

According to manager Ivan Juric, the team is still looking for a positive campaign even after their Coppa Italia exit in the last week.

“Certainly it will not be as easy in the Serie A, but the goals have to be made wherever we go to play and, if he came to Fiorentina, even for the youth players it would be fantastic because they could perhaps learn something more from him that not even the coach is able to give.”

“But it is obvious that he is no longer the player he used to be,” he concluded.
