Los Merengues’ coach believes his team can still win the three competitions they are in, but they will need to be extra careful.

Real Madrid is currently alive in the three competitions they are playing this 2018-2019 season.

Los Blancos are currently in the third position of the Spanish La Liga standings with 39 points.

They are five points behind second-placed Atletico Madrid and 10 behind leaders Barcelona.

Meanwhile, they have reached the Copa del Rey Semifinal, where they will play against Barcelona for a ticket to the final.

And in the UEFA Champions League, they are on the Round of 16, as they take on Dutch Eredivisie club Ajax.

“We are in a very good moment, the players are training very well, they are involved in the competition (for places) and with enthusiasm for the next game,” the Real Madrid coach said according to The Irish Examiner.

“It is their merit at an individual and collective level as well. They are a united group, a family. I see them as being great.”

“We are eager to go as far as possible in the three competitions and that is what I see in the players in every training (session) and in every game,” he explained.

“It is a very important match that we will have to face Alaves with the maximum concentration.”

“I expect an opposition who will make things difficult for us,” he said about the next rival.

“You have to take one step and then the next, the professional is always ready to put your attention where it is useful.”

“Where we have to put our energy and attention tomorrow is the match against Alaves. We will demand a lot and we have to give the performance we gave against Espanyol last week,” he concluded.
