Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has proven his doubters wrong and delivered a remarkable end to Manchester United’s season.
It came down to the last game of the season, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Manchester United beat Leicester City. The win ensured they secure third place and return to the Champions League.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was staring straight down the barrel of being sacked at the halfway point of the season.
United was sitting in eighth as close to the relegation zone as they were to the top four.
But now the season is over and Solskjaer has delivered the club’s return to the Champions League the Norwegian could not hide his joy at proving his doubters wrong.

“I believe in what I do, I believe in how I’ve been doing. We all have different ideas on management of how we go about things.”
