Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reveals that Jose Mourinho ironically complained about the away changing rooms at Old Trafford on his return.
Things did not go well for the former Red Devils boss, and he even had the audacity to complain to his replacement and counterpart Ole Gunnar Solskjaer about the clubs away changing rooms.
What makes the complaint ironic if not borderline hilarious, is that it was Mourinho who had them made that way when he was Manchester United boss.
Speaking to club fanzone United We Stand the Norwegian reveals he enjoyed meeting with the Tottenham boss, but could not help but have a cheeky dig at his predecessor.
“There was a positive atmosphere between us – it was good to have him back.”
“We had a chat before the game.”
“I’d not really met him before, only briefly when he was at Chelsea and they played Cardiff.”
“We had a nice chat. He was complaining about the away dressing room, the one that he’d changed!”
Solskjaer has commented in the past about the mess he inherited at Old Trafford from Mourinho. Perhaps this was one thing he was glad that was left for him.
