Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is going to give Manchester United’s youth team players a chance to shine in the Europa League against Astana.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has already confirmed four debuts in tomorrow’s game in Europa League qualifying Group L.
The Red Devils have already secured their place in the knock out stages, and Solskjaer now sees the remaining two games as an opportunity to help some of the younger players get some much-needed experience.
United Keeper Lee Grant although 36-years-of-age, will make his first start for the club.
They there will be debuts for academy graduates, Di’Shon Bernard, Ethan Laird, and Dylan Levitt.
The bench will also consist of several youth team players who have yet to feature.
Solskajer promised when he got the United job he would o back to the clubs roots of building a squad around the clubs’ homegrown talents.
He told Manchester United official club website, manutd.com this may only be the beginning.
