According to the right hand of the Fiorentina owner, Federico Chiesa is set to stay at the club, as they are tired of talking about transfer rumors.
21-year-old Italian winger Federico Chiesa has been playing professionally since 2016 when he debuted with Fiorentina in the Italian Lega Serie A.
His good performances have earned him a call to the senior national team, as well as being rumored to be transferred out to other teams.
And the right-hand man of owner Rocco Commisso, Joe Barone, is tired of the press asking him about the youngster.
“Sorry for the delay, but for great players, there is always a wait,” Barone told Calcio Mercato.
“Today is an important day in the growth of Fiorentina.”
“I’m happy because, after one and a half month, we have brought back Badelj,” he added.
“Every day the market offers new opportunities that didn’t exist the day before.”
“Chiesa to Juventus? Saturday night, after the game, Federico came to me and said that he wasn’t offside on a goal he scored,” he said.
“He is one of our players. He will play alongside Milan next season, so there is no need to keep asking these questions about him anymore.”
