Manchester United winger Tahith Chong has signed a new two-year deal at the club, with the option of a further extension for a year.
Tahith Chong has extended his stay at Manchester United and is expected to remain at the club until 2022 at least.
The 20-year-old has recently been linked with a move to Inter with reports claiming he could leave the Red Devils at the end of the season.
Chong has now decided to stay put and hopes to improve himself at the club.
“When I joined Manchester United as a youngster, it was a dream come true. It is an honour every time I pull on the shirt and represent this club. Chong said to the club’s website.
“I am working hard every day to improve and I know this is the perfect environment to develop my game. The opportunity to learn from the manager, his coaching staff and the world-class players here is fantastic.
“I am delighted to sign this new contract and really grateful for the chance to prove myself here for many years to come.”
Chong has made 14 appearances for the first team in all competitions and has been seen by many to make the grade with the United first team in due time.
