The Dutch winger continued his fine start to the season by scoring a hat-trick against PSV Eindhoven on Sunday. He deserved a mention in this best players list.

Berghuis took just 19 minutes to break the deadlock when he headed in Luis Sinisterra’s cross. That goal alone literally sent PSV on a meltdown despite a bright start to the game.

Denzel Dumfries’ foul on Sinisterra then allowed Berghuis to fire home a penalty prior to the break.

The 27-year-old later completed his hat-trick for Feyenoord in the second-half to send PSV coach Mark van Bommel packing.
