2. Jurgen Klopp
Everybody loves the flamboyant Klopp for both his charisma and ability to extract the best of his players.
The German kicked off the decade by helping Borussia Dortmund win back-to-back Bundesliga titles. He was unlucky, though, not to win the Champions League final in 2013 after BVB lost to Bayern Munich.
Afterwards, Klopp fancied a new challenge and signed up for Liverpool in the Premier League.
Despite losing his first three finals with the club, however, he finally delivered in style by winning the 2018/19 Champions League. It ended a seven-year trophy drought for the Reds.
Now Klopp is on the verge of leading Liverpool to a first league title since 1990 with a commanding 10-point lead in the standings.
And following their Club World Cup success, it would take a brave man to bet against Liverpool right now.
