The Croatian footballer continues to rule the world of football and now he has beaten Cristiano Ronaldo and Mohamed Salah once again
Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric has had a fantastic year.
He won another UEFA Champions League trophy in may with Los Merengues.
And then went to Russia to lead Croatia to the FIFA World Cup Final.
He also won FIFA Men’s Player of the Year Award.
And now, he adds another accolade to his personal list, after being selected The Best FIFA Men’s Player.
The Madrid footballer beat former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo and Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah with almost 30 percent of the vote.
This is the first time Modric has been in the Top 3 shortlist, and the first time to win it.
Past winners include Ronaldo in 2016 and 2017 and Messi in 2015.
