The rivalry between Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial at Manchester United appears to be healthy for everyone except the other team.

Anthony Martial has scored 23 goals, and Marcus Rashford 22 goals so far this season for Manchester United.

There has been talk of a rivalry developing between the two forwards as to who can end the season with the most goals.

To have two forwards scoring at this rate has been great news for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and United.

The club has been building the rivalry up as a battle between two teammates to help better the side, and it appears that Marcus Rashford is endorsing the stance.

The club describes the situation as a friendly rivalry, but Rashford goes a step further.

Responding to the club’s tweet, he insists, that the rivalry is good for his strike partner, good for himself and good for the team.

That means its bad for the opposition. The England striker is encouraging Martial to keep going.

“Tony wins, I win, we all win. That’s my guy!”
