Milan defender Theo Hernandez has his hearts set on finishing the season strong with his mind already looking forward to a positive next season.
Theo Hernandez is happy to be back playing on the pitch and has clearly stated his desire to finish the season strong for AC Milan.
Despite a goalless draw against Juventus at the Allianz Stadium, the Rossoneri were eliminated from the Coppa Italia upon their return to football.
In what has been a poor season for Milan, Hernandez has been one of their shining lights and is still intent on ending it on a high.
12 points behind fourth-placed Atalanta means Champions League spots might be hard to attain for Milan who lie in seventh.
However, they could yet salvage their season by securing an Europa spot and Hernandez knows a strong finish sets them up for a strong start for next term.
“We are very happy to be back playing,” Hernandez told Max Brigante at Radio 105. “It’s what we enjoy and love to do.
“We hope to end the season well and then start the next in the best possible way.”
Asked on what makes him relax in the dressing room, Hernandez spoke out on his favourite choice of music.
“I really like reggaeton, it relaxes me and makes me happy,” he said. “I have a playlist on my phone, when I have to play, I listen to it.
“Calhanoglu mostly puts on music in English and Castillejo listens mainly to flamenco music. If we don’t like it, we just change,” he laughed.
Hernandez and AC Milan would be looking to get back to winning ways when they face Leece in the Serie A next Monday.
