Thursday’s transfer rumors – Partey to snub Arsenal interest

Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Everton, and Newcastle United are all interested in signing Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha.

Crystal Palace valued Zaha at around €88 million last summer. However, considering the recent financial crisis, it remains to be seen whether the club remain intent on their valuation this summer. The 27-year old has three years left on his current contract. [Daily Mail]

Man City monitoring Alaba.

Manchester City are keen on signing Bayern Munich’s David Alaba. Alaba, who is contracted to Bayern until 2021, has shown reluctance to sign an extension. Hence, he is expected to exit Allianz Arena this summer.

Chelsea and FC Barcelona are also rumored to be on the chase for the Austrian international. [Sky Sports]

Partey set to commit to Atletico.

Thomas Partey is set to put pen to paper on a new deal with Atletico Madrid. The contract extension will double his current weekly wages to €149,000 (£135k). Furthermore, his release clause will also increase to €96 million (£87.2m).

Talks of Partey’s renewal will serve as a severe blow for Arsenal who were heavily linked with his signing over the last few months. [GhanaSoccerNet]

Inter interested in Dzeko.

Inter Milan are considering making a move for AS Roma’s Edin Dzeko. Antonio Conte identifies the 34-year old striker as a back-up for Romelu Lukaku.

Inter were interested in Dzeko since last summer but are now planning to act on their interest when the transfer market opens. [SempreInter]

BVB anticipate Man Utd bid for Sancho.

Borussia Dortmund are expecting Manchester United to launch a €120 million bid for Jadon Sancho.

Brighton, Burnley, and Leicester City are all entertaining the possibility of signing Liverpool’s Adam Lallana this summer.
