With Eden Hazard sitting on the bench, Pedro and Willian were given their chance to impress Maurizio Sarri. The Brazilian will have certainly done that with his performance against Slavia Prague.
Willian was a problem for the Czech side throughout. He was unfortunate not to find himself on the scoresheet when he curled a superb effort off of the crossbar.
His 59 touches was the most of any of Chelsea’s forward three and his four dribbles was the joint-second best total in the game.
Coupled with a total of three key passes, the most in the game, this was a superb all-around performance from Willian.
