The Premier League concluded with a bang this weekend as Manchester City were confirmed as champions once again.

The Citizens secured a second successive Premier League title, pipping Liverpool to the crown on the final day of the season.

Elsewhere, Chelsea secured third, Tottenham finished fourth and Arsenal, and Manchester United rounded out the top six.
