Whatever happens to Mohamed Salah at Liverpool in future, he’s already written himself into the record books.

He’s topped goalscoring charts and smashed records during his time at Anfield, and he could add another to his list this weekend.

BREAKING: Benitez leaves Newcastle United

The manager will leave the club when his contract expires on June 30; the team was working on his contract-extension since a long time ago.

The Egyptian is just one strike shy of 20 league goals this season. Should he score against Cardiff, he would join Robbie Fowler and Luis Suarez as the only Liverpool players to score 20 goals in consecutive Premier League campaigns.

Both of those players are considered as legends around Anfield. Salah has the chance to add to his own growing legendary status.
