Defeat to Cardiff in midweek put Brighton right in the mix for relegation this season. The Seagulls are on the slide and in real danger of going down.

This weekend sees them travelling to Wolves, no easy fixture by any means, with a chance to put the pressure back on the Bluebirds.

A win over Wolves would put the pressure back on Neill Warnock’s side, who don’t play Liverpool until Sunday.

They have a chance against Nuno Espirito Santo’s side as well. Wolves have been excellent this year, but they’ve often struggled against teams at the bottom of the table. Brighton need to take advantage of that.
