The man who started one of football’s biggest revolutions, which is better known as ‘Total Football’.

Rinus Michels is a Dutch manager who decided to use a very different system with his Ajax squad and the Holland National Team during the seventies, he completely changed how football is regarded from the moment he started his career as a manager.

During his time, he had Johan Cruyff as his greatest pupil and he was able to transmit all his knowledge through this amazing player who is considered one of the best in history.

His concept was fairly simple, all his players must attack and defend regardless of their position.
