Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering a move for Paris Saint-German midfielder Adrien Rabiot before the end of the January transfer window.

Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is eager to strengthen his squad, with Rabiot his main target, as reported by Daily Mail.

However, a move for the French midfielder is only possible if Paris Saint-Germain, who want to sign Idrissa Gueye from Everton m, manage to bring in a replacement for Rabiot.

Rabiot’s current deal with PSG expires in the summer but the French champions are eager to get a fee instead of losing him for free.

Le Parisians boss Thomas Tuchel has made the 23-year-old train with the club’s reserve squad for the past month.

Barcelona are believed to be keen on signing Rabiot on a free, but Spurs are determined to sign the France international to help solve their injury crisis.

The North London club didn’t make a single signing during the summer transfer window and are yet to strengthen their squad this month.
