1. Manchester City – 7/2 (4.5)
After UEFA slapped a two-season ban on Manchester City from the Champions League, this could be their last chance to win the competition.
The Citizens’ future seems bleak at the moment, with several star players likely to leave in the summer. Coach Pep Guardiola hasn’t reaffirmed his own plans since UEFA’s ban, but an exit is unlikely.
Although the ban could provide City with an extra push to finally win the Champions League.
With a 25-point deficit to Liverpool in the Premier League, there is no reason they shouldn’t turn their full focus on winning in Europe. That’s board’s big aim anyway, and the one competition they’ll judge Guardiola on.
And given the quality at the Etihad Stadium, this could finally be City’s big moment in the Champions League.
