Roy Keane wants Manchester United to stop hugging and kissing and go and sign Harry Kane.
Former United captain and club legend Roy Keane was at his straight and to the point best after United’s 1-1 draw with Liverpool.
Keane was far from impressed with his former sides pre-game shinanigans, and even said he doesn’t care for fratinsing with the enemy ater the game.
Keane was referencing the comradery that was displayed between club opponents but national team teammates.
Andreas Pereira and Fred were seen exchanging pleasantries with Roberto Firmino and Alisson Becker, before what is billed as a brutal affair between fierce rivals.
Keane told Sky Sports:
“I’m disgusted with the players. You’re going to war, they’re hugging and kissing.”
“Don’t even look at the opposition. You’re going into battle against them.”
“The game hasn’t changed that much, the players have changed.”
“You’re going to war against these players and they’re hugging each other.”
“Chat to them after the game, or don’t even chat to them after the game.”
Keane is sick and tired of the lack of killer instinct in his old club and wants them to go ahead and get the best.
“Just go and get Kane from Spurs”
“Easy. Just go and get him.”
His request even shocked his co-hosts.
“What are you all staring at?”
For once Keane and Graeme Souness were in agreement.
“That’s where Man Utd should be batting”
“Go for the best. They always have done.”
"Go and get Kane from Spurs, it's easy. What are you all staring at?" 😳
