Donny van de Beek is reportedly a transfer target for Real Madrid and Manchester United but will be taking his time before making any decision.
Donny van de Beek has revealed he is interested in the idea of playing in Spain but is in no rush to make a move.
The 22-year-old has been strongly linked to Los Blancos with reports even claiming he had already agreed a summer deal with the club back in the winter window.
Van de Beek went on to dismiss those rumors but thoughts are growing he could actually make a big move this summer.
The Dutchman grew to prominence alongside the likes of Matthijs de Ligt, Hakim Ziyech and Frenkie de Jong in a stellar campaign for Ajax in 2018/19.
All of the mentioned players above have gone on to make big moves elsewhere and Van de Beek remains the last man standing.
Despite the growing links to Real Madrid, the Ajax star is in no hurry to make a decision and would properly weigh his options before committing to any club.
“My feeling must be good at a club. How much do they want me?” He said to Helden as quoted by Goal.
“But I also have to fit in with the system that is being played and of course I also want to have an overview of playing minutes.
“Playing in the sun is always nice. But no, I certainly haven’t started taking Spanish lessons yet.
“I have not said yes to anyone, everything is still open. I know what I’ve got here, I am loved in Ajax and I love Ajax.”
Van de Beek has continued to prove his worth this season, scoring eight goals and supplying five assists for Ajax in the Eredivisie.
