Huddersfield Town midfielder Juninho Bacuna scored his first goal for the club on Tuesday night – it just went into the wrong net
The Dutchman joined Huddersfield this summer from Eredivisie side Groningen for an undisclosed fee.
In an EFL cup game away to Stoke City, Juninho found himself with the ball just by the halfway line.
The 21-year-old opted to play it safe by lobbying the ball back to goalkeeper Jonas Lössl.
But, little did he know, the Danish stopper was miles away from the goal and was left to watch as the ball found it’s way into the Huddersfield goal from 40 yards.
David Wagner’s side lost the game 2-0.
