PSG win 6-1 against Saint-Etienne as Mauro Icardi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe steal the show.
PSG ran riot over poor old Saint-Etienne. Mauro Icardi got himself a hattrick, while Neymar and Mbappe both also got on the score sheet.
It looked to be a woeful night early for visitors Saint Etienne. With only two minutes on the clock, Mauro Icardi got the goal-scoring going at the Parc des Princes.
Although the hosts took an early lead and the writing appeared on the wall, it was a red card in the 31st minute that finally turned the tide.
Fofana was given his second yellow card for bringing down a Di Maria who was racing clear.
After that, it took PSG only six minutes to capitalize on the one-man advantage.
Di Maria was calling the shots, as he set up Neymar.
The Argentine’s pass split the defense. Moulin comes rushing out of the goal only for Brazilian superstar Neymar to loft the ball over him and into the goal,

The visitors compounded their own misery with an own goal from keeper Moulin.
Mbappe and Di Maria combined with some trickery, only for the final shot to bounce off a defender, off the post and then off a bewildered Moulin heel and into the net.

Only four minutes after the restart he made four for PSG and two for him.
Again former United man Di Maria was at the heart of things.
After rounding the goalie, he unselfishly passed the ball to his Argentine compatriot Icardo who will not have a much easier finish.
Less than ten minutes later Icardi completed his hattrick, and this time it was all about Neymar, to Mbappe to Icardi and goal.
It was fast, it was simple, it was deadly and it was perfect.
PSG 5 – 0 Saint-Etienne.
In the 67th minute, a mere ten minutes since the last goal, French wunderkind Mbappe got a goal for himself.
This time Icardi repaid the favor.
Di Maria played the ball to Icardi who demonstrated magnificent skill with his first touch, and his second was an inch-perfect pass to Mbappe who came sliding in to make it six.
The in 71st minute former PSG player Cabaye got a consolation goal for the visitors.
They were awarded a penalty after a poor challenge from Di Maria on Correia.
Cabaye missed the penalty but got a lucky bounce on the rebound and made no mistake with the second chance.
Final score: PSG 6 – 1 Saint-Etienne.
